The website and online store are operated by Paw Pressed Company Ltd (“Paw Pressed”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our ecommerce services to you.
By accessing our website, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
Paw Pressed sells dog food, treats, supplements, accessories and other pet-related products that may be made available through our website from time to time.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information, weights, images and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, packaging, appearance and other minor product details may occasionally differ from photographs or images displayed online.
You should always check the information provided on the product packaging before feeding a product to your dog, particularly where your dog has allergies, intolerances, sensitivities or specific dietary requirements.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your dog, you should seek appropriate veterinary advice before feeding it.
3. FEEDING AND NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION
Any feeding guides, transition guides, nutritional information or other pet-related information provided by Paw Pressed is intended as general guidance.
Every dog is different. Appropriate feeding amounts can vary depending on factors including age, breed, weight, activity level, health and individual nutritional requirements.
Our general website content is not intended to replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment.
If your dog has a medical condition, known allergy, dietary intolerance or other specific health requirement, you should consult your veterinary professional where appropriate.
4. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After placing an order, you may receive an automated acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and Paw Pressed will be formed when we accept your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
- we are unable to authorise or process payment;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity;
- delivery cannot reasonably be completed to the address supplied; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.
5. ORDER INFORMATION
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and complete, including your name, email address, billing information and delivery address.

Orders may be processed quickly through our fulfilment partner, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once fulfilment has begun.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed on our website in the applicable currency and will include VAT where required by law.
Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may change our prices from time to time. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where permitted by law.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments may be processed by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. If an obvious pricing error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and give you the option of proceeding at the correct price where appropriate or cancelling the affected order for a refund.

From time to time, Paw Pressed may offer discounts, promotional codes or special offers.
Unless stated otherwise, promotions:
- are subject to availability;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- may have an expiry date;
- may be limited to particular products, customers or orders; and
- may not be used together with another offer.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, provided this does not improperly affect an order already accepted.

8. DELIVERY
We use third-party fulfilment and delivery providers to prepare and deliver orders.
Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed on our website or during checkout where applicable.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We will take reasonable steps to deliver orders within the stated timeframe, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order is damaged, incorrect, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pawpressedco.com.
Where appropriate, please provide:
- your order number;
- details of the issue;
- photographs of the product and packaging; and
- for food products, the batch number and best-before date where available.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, unsafe or incorrectly supplied products.
10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and your applicable statutory consumer rights.
Because we sell food products, additional restrictions may apply to change-of-mind returns of products that have been opened or where an applicable legal exception applies.
Please do not return products to us without contacting us first.
Returns must be authorised and sent in accordance with the instructions provided by Paw Pressed.
Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms affects rights you have under applicable consumer law.
11. FOOD SAFETY AND STORAGE
You are responsible for storing and using Paw Pressed products in accordance with the instructions provided on the packaging and any relevant information supplied with the product.
Please pay attention to storage instructions, best-before dates, feeding guidance and other safety information.
Do not feed a product where the packaging appears materially compromised or where you reasonably believe the product may be unsafe. Contact us at hello@pawpressedco.com if you have concerns about a product you have received.
12. ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES
Ingredient and composition information is provided on our website and/or product packaging.
If your dog has a known or suspected allergy, intolerance, sensitivity or medical dietary requirement, you are responsible for checking the ingredients and obtaining veterinary advice where appropriate before introducing the product.
If you believe your dog has experienced an adverse reaction to one of our products, stop feeding the product and seek appropriate veterinary advice where necessary. Please also contact us so that we can investigate any potential product-quality or safety issue.
